Domain & IP Network Lookup

Investigate network footprints. Resolve A/MX/TXT DNS records, query public registry WHOIS ownership data, and identify server hosting providers.

About DNS, WHOIS, and Server Geolocation

Analyzing server hosting network parameters requires querying different databases and protocols. This utility consolidates three network checks in a single search:

How the components differ:

  • DNS Records: Resolves standard zone files. A records point domains to IPv4 hosts; AAAA maps to IPv6 hosts; MX lists receiving email servers; NS records specify authoritative nameservers; and TXT records verify ownership claims (like SPF or DKIM).
  • WHOIS Data: Queries registrar organizations to trace registry dates, expiration milestones, and status rules. We query structured RDAP JSON nodes to display clean details.
  • Hosting Geolocation: Inspects resolved IP addresses against global ASN maps to identify the physical country/city hosting the server, as well as the active ISP provider (e.g. AWS, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean).
