Mobile Apps Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Palmate Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) publishes mobile apps on Google Play and operates this website at palmatesolutions.com. Studio address: 1st Floor, Grace Mansion, 463/117/A, Horamavu Agara Road, Banjara Residency, Lakeview Residency, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560113, India. This policy applies to all mobile applications published by Palmate Solutions on Google Play and to this website.

All current and future apps published under our Google Play developer account follow the practices outlined in this policy unless an individual app provides a separate or supplementary notice.

2. What data we collect

We do not collect account, email, or personal identity data in the apps. There is no sign-up, no user profile, and no server of ours that receives app content.

Data we do not collect directly

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment details inside the apps. We do not create accounts. We do not operate a backend that stores your app data, conversions, favorites, or settings.

On-device storage

Our apps use local on-device storage only (shared_preferences) for settings, favorites, and history. That data stays on your device. It is not uploaded to us and is not synced to a Palmate server.

Device sensors

Apps may use device sensors (via sensors_plus) for in-app interactions (such as shake-to-trigger features or orientation changes). Sensor readings are processed locally on the device for that interaction. They are not transmitted to us and are not stored as a history of sensor values.

Vibration and audio

The apps may use on-device vibration and audio playback APIs for feedback (for example, haptic feedback or sound confirmation). Those APIs do not involve data collection by us.

Advertising data collected by Google AdMob

The apps show ads through Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and device or usage data to serve and measure ads. That collection is performed by Google, not by a Palmate backend. See the AdMob section below.

This website

On palmatesolutions.com we may handle:

• Inquiry data you include in an email you send us (typically your name, reply address, and project details). This site does not host a contact form; messages are composed in your own email client.
• Technical logs that a host may retain (IP address, user agent, timestamps) as part of running a public website.
• Cookie preferences stored in your browser so we can remember essential and analytics choices. Analytics scripts load only if analytics is enabled on this site and you have allowed analytics cookies.
• Browser tools on this website process data in your browser. We do not receive the contents of those tools. Google AdSense may show ads to website visitors; see the cookie policy for cookie details.

3. Third-party services

We do not run our own analytics, crash-reporting, or account services inside the apps. The advertising SDK below is the third-party service that may receive device data from the apps.

Google AdMob

Our apps use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use device information and advertising identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure ad performance. Google’s use of that data is governed by Google’s policies, including How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

We do not control the exact data points AdMob collects on a given device. Typical examples include advertising identifiers, IP address, device type, and interaction with ads. You can limit personalized advertising through your device settings, as described under Your choices.

This website

Hosting, DNS, Google AdSense, and (if enabled) analytics vendors process website data according to their terms. AdSense may set advertising cookies and collect device and usage data to show ads.

4. How data is used

In the apps, data is used only as follows:

• Local settings, favorites, and history stay on your device so the apps can remember your preferences.
• Sensor, vibration, and audio APIs are used only for in-app interaction and feedback.
• AdMob uses the data it collects to serve and measure ads. We do not build user profiles, we do not run our own advertising graph, and we do not sell app data.
• Inquiry emails sent through this website are used to reply about a potential project. We do not sell them.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not share app settings, favorites, history, or sensor readings with anyone, because that information does not leave your device.

The only third party that may receive device or advertising data from the apps is Google, through AdMob, as described above. On this website, hosting and AdSense (and analytics, if you opt in) may process data as described in this policy and the cookie policy.

6. Children’s privacy

The apps are directed at a general audience. They are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. This website is aimed at businesses. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us (for example, in an email), contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention and deletion

App settings, favorites, and history exist only in local app storage. You can remove them by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app. We do not retain that data on our servers because we do not operate an app backend.

Advertising data retained by Google is subject to Google’s retention practices, not ours. Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-on contract, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business records practice. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that has not become a contract.

8. Your choices

You can opt out of personalized ads on Android through your device’s ad settings. Google’s instructions are here: Control ad settings on Google Play. Opting out typically limits personalization; you may still see ads, including non-personalized ads.

You can clear local app data or uninstall the apps at any time. On this website you can manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner or the cookie policy page. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold (such as an email you sent us). Use the contact details below.

9. Changes to this policy

If we add accounts, a server, a new SDK, or change how advertising works, we will update this page so it stays aligned with the apps and the website. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted here at this stable public URL.
